We’ve done our best to represent all material colors accurately online. Though our photographs are a close representation of our actual colors, the color calibration of computer monitors may vary. As such, we encourage customers to order samples (the first 5 are free), especially if color accuracy or matching is key to your decision.
We will ship most materials within 3-5 business days. Shipping will be via ground freight and generally take between 7-10 business days to a commercial or residential address.
Your carpet is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Certain manufacturers offer a 30 day satisfaction warranty. Please look for the following symbol, “30 day satisfaction warranty” for materials that have this warranty. For other materials, the manufacturer warranty will cover only manufacturing defects. We strongly encourage all of our customers to order samples and learn more about the specific warranties of the selected items.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping if the material can be returned per manufacturer’s return policy. Orders cannot be refunded after 30 days. Orders less than 25 linear feet cannot be returned. Carpet must be in original packaging and not damaged or modified from original shipped condition. Installed carpet is not returnable except as specified under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Given the size and bulk of carpet rolls, all shipments will be by ground freight. Depending on your location, shipping will take between 3-5 business days from shipment date.
Each carpet material is covered by a manufacturer warranty as specified under warranty and care section for each material.
It is easy to order samples of any material you like. Simply start shopping our site and browse through our materials. Click “mail me a sample” on any material you select and add it to your shopping basket. The first five samples are free and after that they are $2.50 each.
